Le Tranchoir Culinary Workshop has been created in March 2011 by Di & Cooke and is offering a comprehensive and comfortable environment for our trainees' professional development and is best for trainings such as soft skills and culinary improvement.

Le Tranchoir successfully provided culinary training classes as team building events to numerous corporations and professional firms during the year 2014 such as Simmons & Simmons, Wings Trading, Rieckermann, Burluti, Sanofi, Cathay Pacific, HIT, Roche, ABN AMRO Bank, San Miguel, Ronald Lu & Partners, and Wellington Management. All attendees had a great time on enjoying the cooking session and the delicious food that they made themselves.

Di & Cooke helped in PolyU Training Module

Di & Cooke proudly supported The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on its career training programme for students from two different Master Degrees for the fourth consecutive year. The programme includes practical mock interview and resume supervision.

Dining Etiquette Training Programme provided to VTC
Mar 2014

Di & Cooke was invited to provide Dining and Business Etiquette Training Programme to students of Business Administration from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. The event lasted for two days and were performed in an exquisite western restaurant in Sheung Wan. Accompanied by lecturers, the students had learnt a wide range of social skills including table manners and wine knowledge which will be of considerable advantage to their career in the future.

Consulate General of Malaysia appointed Di & Cooke as Trainer

It was Di & Cooke's great honour to act as the trainer for the Vice Consulates and senior staffs on certain training programmes. The result was satisfactory and acclaimed.
